1. Choose a hamper. There are five, from $49, filled by small makers across Nelson and Tasman.

2. Add a gift message. There's a box for it when you add a hamper to your cart. I'll write it on a card and tuck it in.

3. Check out. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay or PayPal. You'll see the delivery cost before you pay.

4. I pack it and send it. Every hamper goes in a white presentation box, wrapped in bright festive tissue and sealed with a MadeHere sticker. Inside you'll find the story of each producer whose food is in it. Christmas deliveries start in December 2026.

Where do you deliver? Anywhere in New Zealand, to street and rural addresses. Couriers can't deliver to PO Boxes. Sending overseas? Email shop@madehere.nz and I'll see what's possible.

How much is delivery? Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough $10. Rest of the South Island $13. North Island $13, or $22 for overnight express. Rural addresses are $7 extra. Couriered hampers travel in an outer carton, so they arrive in good shape.

When will it arrive? Christmas deliveries start in December 2026. Last orders for Christmas: Friday 11 December for the North Island and rural addresses. Monday 14 December for the rest of the South Island. Friday 18 December for Nelson Tasman. Need it earlier? Email shop@madehere.nz.

Can I send it straight to someone as a gift? Yes. Put their address in as the delivery address. Add your message when you add the hamper to your cart. There are no prices in the hamper.

What about the hampers with alcohol? You need to be 18 or over to buy them. So does the person receiving them. They go out with an R18 courier ticket, so the driver will check ID and get a signature. They can't be left at the door. Every hamper can be made without alcohol. Just email shop@madehere.nz.

Will the hamper look exactly like the photo? Close to it. I work with small producers, so a product sometimes runs out. If it does, I'll swap in something from another Nelson Tasman maker of the same or greater value.

What if someone has allergies? Every product comes in its maker's packaging with the full ingredients list. If you're worried about something, email me before you order and I'll check.

What if something arrives damaged? Email a photo to shop@madehere.nz within seven days. I'll replace it or refund you.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, as long as it hasn't been sent. Email shop@madehere.nz.
